Welcome to the website and online services of Malena Beauty Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking system, loyalty program, or any services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Use of Our Services
- Our services are intended for clients seeking beauty and cosmetic treatments.
- By booking an appointment, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent if under 18.
Booking and Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled through our official booking system or by contacting the salon directly.
- Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of loyalty stamps (see Loyalty Program below).
Client Consent and Responsibility
- By booking and receiving any treatment, you acknowledge and agree that you are undergoing the treatment voluntarily and at your own risk.
- You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
- Malena Beauty Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions or results due to undisclosed health information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Photos and Personal Data
- With your written consent, we may take and use before/after photos for internal purposes or for sharing on our website and social media.
- All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Loyalty Program
Malena Beauty Salon offers a loyalty program with the following terms:
1. Eligibility and Participation
Each client is eligible for one loyalty card; cards are non-transferable.
2. Earning Stamps
Clients receive one stamp per qualifying appointment.
Discounted or promotional services do not qualify for stamps.
3. Free Service
After five (5) qualifying appointments (with stamps), the sixth (6th) appointment is free.
The free appointment applies to makeup services up to a value of $300. If the chosen service exceeds $300, the client must pay the price difference.
4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked and, if necessary, cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for the stamp to count.
Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the stamp for that appointment. The same rule applies to redemption of the free appointment.
5. Card Loss
Lost loyalty cards cannot be replaced or restored.
6. Combinations with Other Offers
The loyalty benefit cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or gift vouchers.
7. Changes to Program
Malena Beauty Salon reserves the right to change the terms or discontinue the loyalty program at any time, with or without prior notice.
Payment Policy
- Payment for services is accepted only in the salon at the time of your appointment.
- We do not accept payments through our website.
Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, graphics, etc.) is the property of Malena Beauty Salon and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
- Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
- Malena Beauty Salon is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, services, or products.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.
