Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Malena Beauty Studio, we strive to provide every client with an excellent experience. To help us serve you better, please read our refund and cancellation policies below.

Payments

  • All payments are made in person at the salon. We do not accept any form of online payment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows may result in loss of loyalty stamps and may affect eligibility for certain promotions.
  • If you repeatedly cancel late or do not show up for your appointments, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

Refunds

  • Payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us immediately before leaving the salon. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns at the time of your visit.
  • Refunds for products (if any are sold) are only available for unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt.

Deposits

We do not require or accept deposits at this time.

Changes to Policy

Malena Beauty Salon reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
